These Terms govern your use of the EX-Ray app. Please read them carefully — by using EX-Ray, you agree to everything below, including how our subscriptions work and the limits of an AI-generated analysis.
By downloading, accessing, or using EX-Ray, operated by M2Code (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use EX-Ray. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may use EX-Ray as a Guest or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Guest data may be stored locally on your device and can be lost if the app is removed.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant M2Code a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing your analysis.
You agree not to use EX-Ray to:
EX-Ray offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock full analyses and features. Plans include Weekly, Monthly, and Annual options (for example, $2.99 / $7.99 / $39.99 USD; prices are shown in-app and may vary by region).
All purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds are governed by their policies — we are generally unable to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or use the Google Play Store, as applicable.
This agreement is between you and M2Code only, and not with Apple or Google. The platform providers are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable App Store and Google Play Terms of Service.
EX-Ray, including its name, branding, mascot, design, and software, is owned by M2Code and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. All content you provide remains yours.
EX-Ray is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated insights. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold M2Code harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using EX-Ray at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
