Your conversations are personal. This policy explains, in plain language, what data EX-Ray collects, how our AI processes it, who we work with, and the control you have over your information.
EX-Ray (“EX-Ray”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) is operated by M2Code, based in Serbia. EX-Ray helps you understand relationship dynamics by using artificial intelligence to analyze conversation screenshots and the context you provide. This policy applies to the EX-Ray mobile application on iOS and Android.
We only collect data that is necessary to operate the app:
When you request an analysis, your screenshots and the context you entered are transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) to the Google Gemini API, which processes them in real time and returns a structured psychological-style analysis. We use your content only to generate your result — we do not use it to train our own models, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers (“sub-processors”) to run EX-Ray. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

Conversation screenshots may contain personal information about other people. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or consent to upload and analyze any content you submit. Please do not upload material you are not permitted to share. We treat all uploaded content as confidential and use it solely to provide your analysis.
We keep your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. Uploaded screenshot images are transmitted for processing and are not retained as part of your permanent profile once the analysis is generated. When you delete your account or request deletion, your associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
We share data only with the sub-processors listed in Section 5, strictly to operate the app, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app tools or contact us (Section 15). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, along with access controls limiting who can reach it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
EX-Ray is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under the age of 17 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Our providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information during such transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and we will notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use of EX-Ray after an update means you accept the revised policy.
