Zywo turns real physical activity into game progression. Steps, runs and rides are read from Health Connect and Apple Health. Push-ups, squats and sit-ups are counted by your phone camera, on device. Levelling up unlocks spells, evolutions and turn-based tactical battles against other trainers.

Common questions
My steps are not counting
Check that Zywo still has permission in Apple Health or Health Connect. On Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco, Realme and Oppo devices, battery optimisation often kills background tracking — set Zywo to “No restrictions” in your battery settings.
The camera is not counting my reps
Place the phone diagonally, about two metres away, so your whole body is in frame. Good lighting matters. If it still misses reps, use manual entry — it awards the same experience.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email us. This permanently erases your account, monster, activity history and battle records. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you.
